1 cup frozen mixed berries 1 banana 1/2 cup full fat yogurt 1/2 cup
water 1 cup frozen vegetables 1 or 2 scoops vanilla protein powder

Life-Shake Recipes Citrus Mint Greek Yogurt ½ serving of Life-Shake (Vanilla) drink mix
1 medium grapefruit, with sections removed,
save half the peel in natural form
sectioned 1 container low fat Greek yogurt
1 tbsp. honey
1 fresh mint leaf
Combine Life-Shake with Greek yogurt and honey; fold in grapefruit and tangerine sections. Place into hollowed grapefruit peel. Garnish with fresh mint.
